UPDATED: Paper Jams from Worn Rollers

"You need a new paper pickup assembly. Over time, the roller that picks up paper wears out.. even if you don't use the printer much. Ozone eats away at the rubber, and the pressure of using in pulls off layer after layer.
With a new roller, we also put in a separation pad, mostly a piece of cork for the roller to push up against. We do both at the same time to eliminate a later service call. When you're done, the printer will pick up and process the paper as good as it did when it was brand new."
